After almost 15 years in the aviation industry where I contributed leadership roles such as Executive Vice President and Partner at Evans Composites L.L.C., Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dallas Aeronautical Services, and partner at DAS Brazil, it is with much excitement that I venture into new horizons of business as a Regional Developer for Pet Evolution, Multi-Region Franchisee at HomeWell Care Services.

Pet Evolution is the premiere pet franchise in the US, that stands out in the pet wellness and care industry with a unique customer service and quality-driven approach to pet care; certainly on its way to becoming the leader in the industry.

I own and operate a franchise brokering company. The Franchise Shepherd. We are a Certified Broker for The Franchise Brokers Association. In this role, I desire to shepherd business leaders interested in business ownership into franchising, in order to create a sense of purpose and fulfillment, financial independence, emotional and mental health, the ability to manage their own time, and legacy for themselves and their families.

My experience in Sales, Customer Relations Management, Operations, Team Building, Business Ownership, Client Relations and Pastoral Ministry have prepared me for such a time as this as God leads me honor Him in these new endeavors and challenges.
